Stripped Interior for storage
Removed old rusty drivers sill
Seam welded new full sill
Painted new sill
Removed O/S rusty floor pan section and replaced
Cleaned, painted and undersealed O/S floor pan and sill
Removed N/S rusty floor pan section and replaced
Cleaned , painted and undersealed N/S floor pan and sill
Remove rear suspension
Replace spring cups
Clean, paint and underseal
Refit rear axle, new suspension arms, anti-roll bar and panhard arm
Cleaned and undersealed rear floor pan
Check, clean and adjust rear brakes
Check and cleaned front brakes (XR2 callipers on vented discs with Greenstuff pads)
Fit all new brake pipes and Goodridge flexi hoses
Bleed brakes
Cleaned and Refitted Interior
Change parcel shelf supports and fit 3 rear seat belts
MOT - passed, no problem
New Radiator, Thermostat and Anti Freeze
Air filter
Spark Plugs (Distributor cap and Leads almost new)
Oil and Oil Filter
Tappets adjusted
Sorted out and fitted uncut centre console
Fitted original radio and rewired clock
Painted Washer bottle cage and fitted with new bottle
Fitted 3 Spoke RS steering wheel
Removed Vinyl roof covering
Fitted Monroe Gas shocks to Front
Fitted Gas shocks to Rear
Fitted 35mm lowered springs all round
Looks good and drives better

To Do
Front Wings - repair or replace - dents and some bubbles
Bonnet - repair or replace - dents
Rear arches and lower quarters - repair or replace - small areas of rust
Bumpers - repaint
Doors - be nice to get rot free before painting
Tailgate - replace if possible as some rust on bottom edge
